Sirjana has ten years of experience in supporting evidence-informed decision-making through health research and report writing, including synthesizing and analyzing various forms of health research data; and communicating it to policymakers, healthcare professionals, and patients. She is experienced in systematic literature reviews, environmental scans on national and international health policy issues, and horizon scans on emerging drug technology. Her area of proficiency includes mental health and substance use disorder. Sirjana recently worked for CADTH where she developed, managed and published several environmental scan and horizon scan reports, and supported the development of HTA projects. Sirjana holds a MSc in Global Health from McMaster University.
