Liza joined MEDLIOR in 2016 as a Research Associate. She draws on her academic and research background for effective communication, reporting, and knowledge synthesis.
Liza’s work at MEDLIOR is focused on supporting Canadian and UK HTAs, systematic literature reviews, environmental scans, and real world evidence projects. Prior to joining MEDLIOR, Liza provided analytical and writing support for a Mental Health Commission of Canada project evaluating the effectiveness of an anti-stigma intervention in Alberta. Liza received her MSc in Clinical Psychology from the University of Calgary, where her thesis on attentional biases in depression was funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) graduate research scholarship.
